STATION ROAD, NEW SOUTHGATE, LONDON N11 1QJ
Situated above a 9m retaining wall, adjacent a major train line into London, scheme comprises a 44 unit development of mixed tenure. We are acting as the Employer's Agent and Party Wall Surveyors on the scheme and also fulfilling the important liaison function with Network Rail whose approvals are required.

BAKER STREET, ENFIELD EN1 3TW
Acting as the Employer's Agent on the scheme, we are managing a Development Agreement to replace an existing retail space and dilapidated garages site with a new development comprising of 10nr flats to be sold as Shared Ownership tenure and 2Nr retail spaces on the Ground Floor.

BRYCBOX HOUSE, NEW MALDEN, SURREY
On the site of the old Television Studios, we negotiated a Contract Sum and specification for a development of 40Nr concrete framed flats of mixed tenure, with underground car park together with 10Nr traditionally built houses.

9-17 HIGH STREET, EDGWARE
Despite this site being vacant for over 4 years due to its previous use as a petrol filling station, our Client purchased the site for development and we were appointed as their Employer's Agent. After the necessary surveys were undertaken, it was evident that the site included 5 Nr subterranean petrol tanks which required removal along with the associated contaminated soil remediation. Once cleared the land was developed into 31Nr flats of both Shared Ownership and Rented tenures.

HANWORTH ROAD, WHITTON
This 8Nr house development was located on a brown field site, set back from the main highway. We had to time the procurement and development in accordance with the timescale stipulated within the Planning Consent relating to the local newt population. The Contract involved the demolition of a street property to free up the back-land site. These traditionally constructed 2 and 3 storey houses were all for Affordable Rent.
